vCharM by Vector Informatik

Vector Informatik presents vCharM, a software and hardware solution for charging and load management for charging parks. Load management should be compatible with all charging stations that can be connected via the common OCPP standard (versions 1.6J and 2.0.1). The solution also supports the integration with an existing infrastructure. The system consists of a cloud-based software solution and a hardware controller (vCharM.edge). Thanks to a local fallback level, the load management will still be able to manage the charging process offline, despite being cloud-based. Load management allows for flexible power distribution, including static and dynamic load management, and takes flexible electricity tariffs into account. When it comes to e-buses, the VDV 463 (for charge management) and VDV 261 (for preconditioning) standards are supported.
