SMA Solar Technology was named as winner of the The smarter E AWARD 2024 in the Category "Photovoltaics" for the application Sunny Central FLEX.

Sunny Central FLEX by SMA Solar Technology

With the Sunny Central FLEX, SMA has developed a modular platform that brings together a DC-DC converter, inverter, medium-voltage transformer and switchgear in one 40-foot container. The platform makes it possible to carry out grid connections for large photovoltaic installations, batteries or fuel cells/electrolyzers. SiC-MOSFETs are used as semiconductor switches, resulting in high system efficiency.
